Debtors Contact System

Do you have a need to follow-up and contact customers that have forgotten to pay outstanding invoices ?

Does your follow-up process require manual and repetitive effort to effectively get those invoices paid ?
The Debtors Contact system can provide an automated solution to this problem.

When complete the system will deliver :
  1. A process to automatically contact your customers via SMS and email
  2. When SMS and Email do not acheive results then the system will provide the ability to mail merge letters for posting to your customers.
  3. Your existing accounting system can be used to drive the automated communication by the simple exporting of data from that system into the Debtors Contact system
  4. It will provide an interface to allow contact information to be updated as required. It will also provide the ability to import contact information for your customers from other systems.

The product is due for completion early in 2010.

Invoicing and Debt Tracking System

Are you a small business that needs a simple and cost effective method of Invoicing and Tracking Debt?
Have you tried the commercial accounting packages that offer hundreds of unused features that complicate the system?

This system could be the one you have been searching for. Specifically designed for the small business operator that needs a simple but effective invoicing system. The system also provides your with the ability to track your customers invoices and report on money owing.

When complete the system will deliver:
  1. An invoice generation function that provides the user with the ability to create their own custom invoice templates.
  2. An invoice recording log that reports on a daily basis for outstanding invoices indicating customers that need follow-up.
  3. A function to generate receipts for customers and then allocate that money to specific invoices.
  4. Your customer contact informaiton and details can be imported from other systems or entered directly into the Invoice workbook.

The product is due for completion in 2010.
