The most common problem when running workbooks with Macros are the security settings in place on the workstation. The following workbooks have been developed to analyse your existing settings and then provide assistance in setting the Macro security to the correct level for the workbook you have purchased from XLAutomation.
Depending on the type of workbook supplied it may be Digitally Signed, if it is Digitally Signed then download this workbook
Security and Macro Test Digitally Signed.xls Once it is downloaded to your workstation open the workbook. If your workstation environment is correctly configured you will see the following dialog box.

Almost all Excel Workbooks developed by XLAutomation will contain Macros. If you have not received a workbook from XLAutomation previously then the following dialog box will be displayed.

If you tick the option to Always Trust this Publisher and then select Enable...you will never be presented with the Enable Macros dialog box again for an XLAutomation Workbook that has been digitally signed. If you select Disable then the application will not operate as designed.
If you do not see either of these dialog boxes after opening the workbook then you may need to adjust your security settings. You should see the following worksheet instructions displayed which will point you back to this support page and the known solutions to macro security problems.
