At XLAutomation we provide Access Development and Support services. Some projects may need to store and manage large amounts of data or require multi-user access, in these cases Microsoft Access rather Microsoft Excel can be a more appropriate technology for the solution.

As part of our Consulting service we provide our clients with a solution overview, which describes their requirements and our recommendation for the most appropriate implementation. As part of that overview the pro's and con's of selecting Microsoft Access over Microsoft Excel for the underlying technology for the project are explained.

Our Access Consultants have years of experience in developing solutions to improve your business.  We know the benefits and disadvantages of Microsoft Access and we can apply that experience to your business. We work for clients in many different industries, providing Access Help that can be as simple as building a Access Report within an existing Access Database or as complex as developing a complete Multi-User Access Application.


Here's how it works

  1. You Contact Us via email with your requirements or ideas.
  2. We then provide you with a FREE QUOTATION based on your requirements. All consulting at this stage is free of charge.
  3. You then accept the QUOTATION or vary the requirements. A 10% deposit is required for work to begin.
  4. Throughout the development, testing and release the XLAutomation development team will provide you with weekly status reports on your project.
  5. On completion of testing and acceptance by you of the final product the remaining balance of the QUOTATION is payable. At that time a final release version of the product is provided.
  6. If support is selected then that begins from the delivery of the final release version. The support service offered by XLAutomation will ensure that any problems or issues with the product are resolved quickly and to your satisfaction.
