Our rates are structured to suit all types of customer requests from the simplest review and advice engagement to a full scale project for your business. We can work with you to develop a package that will deliver what your business needs.
As a guideline here as some sample costs for typical projects that we complete for customers....| Simple project (4 - 10 hours) - for example to review an existing workbook for improvements or develop a simple report for use in your business. | $220 to $450 |
| Medium project (1 - 2 weeks) - an example could be the automation of an existing business process or the development of a complex report for your business. | $950 to $3,500 |
| Large project (2 - 4 weeks) - for example the re-design and development of an existing business function that requires detailed analysis, design and testing. | $2,500 to $5,750 |

Estimation your way
To estimate the costs for your project the following options are provided.....
| Project Quotation | The project is estimated based on your requirements and a 10% deposit is paid prior to work beginning. This is the most typical approach for projects as it provides for a clear expectation of costs and deliverables for the customer. |
| Hourly $85 - $110* ($AUD) + GST** |
Work can be performed on an hourly basis. This can be the best approach if a project is urgent and work needs to be completed as soon as possible. Before work can start on an hourly basis a minimum of 5 hours must be paid for. |
| Fixed Price | You specify your budget and we will develop a solution to your requirements for that budget. This can be the best approach for customers on constrained budgets. |
Note : All estimates are based on customer requirements and changes to those requirements may involve a revision to the estimated costs.
