It provides an electronic record of their customers details, their order history and the ability to take and process new orders wherever the sales person maybe.

The application is installed on a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) or Smart Phone. The example shows the HP IPAQ® with the Mobile Sales Assistant application installed.

Sales staff will have current customer information at their fingertips which enables them to take and process orders on-site while speaking with the customer rather than waiting to get back to the office.

Mobile Sales Assistant is simple to use and requires no training or technical knowledge.

How Does it Work ?

The Salesperson installs Mobile Sales Assistant and then while visiting or speaking with a customer they use the simple "Find" function to search for the customer.

When found that customers most recent orders are visible. If the customer wants to place an order the Salesperson uses the Call Entry screen to create a new order. This is stored for the customer and also to the Sales Order for processing.

When the Salesperson is finished at the customer site the Sales Orders are either sent via email to the administration team or uploaded when they get back to the office for processing.

The customer listing and product information specific to your business is stored in a central location and can be updated at anytime so that all your Sales staff have the most recent information about your customers and the products available.

Features

  1. Customer details are stored centrally for update and distribution. Sales staff use the "Find", "Update" and "Create" functions to access and maintain data while out of the office.
  2. Most recent Call Entry records are shown for a customer. The display changes if a different customer is found using the "Find" function.
  3. Where a customer is shared between Sales staff the Salesperson can be changed on the Call Entry screen to store that Salesperson for the order being made.
  4. All orders are stored in the Sales Order worksheet for processing
  5. A Notes worksheet is included to document any follow-up actions or information relating to the most recent customer contact.
  6. Product information is stored centrally and is then used by all Sales staff. The information is stored in a flexible format that should suit most businesses.
