How Does it Work ?

The Sales Staff in your office get details of a potential new Lead. The administration team in the office enters those details into a simple spreadsheet and then generate the "Task" reminders into the Sales Staff Microsoft Outlook® calendar.

The Sales Staff team member would see a reminder like the one below for the potential Lead.....directing them to contact "John Smith" by phone.

Depending on the Leads potential transaction date a specific set of reminders are generated into the Microsoft Outlook® calendar.

 

Your staff then act on that "Task" reminder and contact the "Lead". As your staff are automatically reminded they have a greater chance of being there at the right time when the Lead is ready to buy or sell.

  9. Audit trail of all "Task" reminders sent to the Sales Staff is kept should a review of "Leads" returned to the office be required.
