Allen,
I have reviewed your setup within Traitel and this account looks ready to send SMS messages.
With your Traitel account details I was able to add a gmail email address and send a test SMS through that account.
Can you please check the following and then test again...
In your Traitel account you have setup the following email address....
newdirections@bigpond.com
This needs to be the email address within Message Blaster that you send email via...so in Message Blaster access "Configure Email" and check that the email address is "
newdirections@bigpond.com"....if it is not then change it to that email address and test that email is still able to be sent via the bigpond email address.
If this is successful then go to the SMS Configure section and make sure that the SMS Email Account is also set to "
newdirections@bigpond.com" and that the Provider Domain Name is set to "ttsms.com.au"....if that is all set then perform another test of SMS.
If you are not able to send email through Message Blaster via the bigpond.com email address then setup a gmail address within Message Blaster that you have created. Then enable that in Traitel as a valid email address to send SMS and try the same process as described above...
Please let me know how this goes and we can then try some further steps if this does not work.
