1. The customer is responsible for supplying business data in a suitable format that can be used in the creation of "Your Business Dashboard". Suitable formats include *.xls, *.xlsx or *.csv files.
2. The customer must provide background information and instructions on how the supplied data is to be interpreted
3. The charts and reports produced will be created using the Excel Pivot Table and Charting functionality. No training or consulting time is included to this product to provide the customer with expertise in extending or enhancing the charts and report created.
4. The product includes the creation and setup of 4 basic charts or reports. Any additional charts or reports or enhanced features will be negotiated under a consulting arrangement.
5. A basic chart or report is defined as a chart or report that does not require any automation or macro's to maniupulate or transform data to visualise the business performace indicator.
6. In order to claim the satisfication guarantee, the customer must advise XLAutomation within 30 days of receiving the final version of the developed dashboard that it has not met the customers expectations and why.
